| 2001 | Became a member of the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI) |
| 2005 | A&L Consultancy Engineering Pte Ltd was established, which render services such as Network Cabling Infrastructure |
| 2006 | International Monetary Fund (IMF) biggest challenge to install 12,000 nodes of network points with 10 days. |
| 2007 | The Capella @ Sentosa, IE Singapore |
| 2008 | One Meridian awarded IDA SOEasy Tender $1.3 Billion. A&L is involved in the Structured Cabling System as one of the preferred cabling partner in the ICT Structured Cabling System. |
| 2009 | SCS awarded APEC 2009 Tender Project. A&L will be involve in the Structured Cabling System for this global meeting which is going to be held in Singapore this year. |
| 2010 | NCS was awarded Youth Olympic Games 2010 Tender Project. Once again A&L is the proud partner of NCS to collaborate and involved in the Structured Cabling System for this first Youth Olympic Games. |
| 2011 | A&L awarded with the structured cabling system for National Research Foundation |
| 2012 | A&L participate in the cabling works for ICA Airport |
| 2013 | Collaboration with M&E Contractor Kimta Electric Pte Ltd and was awarded for Downtown Oasia Hotel |
| 2014 | Was awarded as one of the cabling vendor for the new Whole Of Government T1211 contract |
| 2015 | Our collaboration with NCS awarded us the 28th SEA Games held in Singapore on June 2015. |
